Help, my Thor 29.2 is blowing step fuses!

My step was working fine & it stopped. I found the 5 amp fuse under the hood was blown. Replaced--blown again! Any ideas? Can't get it to retract.

I use Mobil 1 5w20 for V10 (need 16 mm socket) & used 30 weight for first change on generator, thereafter, Mobil 1 10w30. BTW, you need a torx t-30 to remove the access plate screws & 9/16" socket...

Both handles are found in the small compartment...

Both handles are found in the small compartment next to the macerator hose compartment on the RV's left side. It's also where the hand shower is. Good luck.
