I try to do all my cooking outside of the RV just for that reason. Only have used the oven a few times to bake cinnamon rolls.

On the under side of the cutting board there...
On the under side of the cutting board there should be "drawer slides", unlatch them and it should pull out. If not then you may have to pull one of the drawers next to it and see how it is attached.
