I recently purchased a 2014 Thor ACE 30.1. On the coach control panel there is a 110V off/on switch and I can't figure out what it does. Can anyone help me out?

Does anyone know hoe to remove the ceiling speakers in the coach? I have a 2014 Thor ACE. Both speakers over the kitchen and couch are bad and need to be replaced but I have not been able to remove...
