So... during a trip over the summer we had issues with our AC unit keeping up with the 117 degree weather. As noted in a different post, our unit died all together and had a new unit installed.

Agreed. Was told if we install the second unit we could only run one at a time, or like you said, have a dedicated power line run for the second unit.

Thank you. The whole jack weight limit vs the RV weight was confusing me initially when I was looking at these, but it make sense as I am just stabilizing and not lifting.
