Eureka. (I have found it). Thanks to the Ford chassis information link posted on this forum, I was able to find out that the fuse is in location 70 and the dealership somehow blew this fuse before...

I do not have power on the front 12V output below the radio when the ignition is on or off. The Ford manual suggests a fuse in the engine compartment but adding one made no difference. Anyone dealt...
