Never mind. I figured it out

So here is what finally worked:

1. Raise the bed and prop it up. (I used the pole from the table)
2. Remove the drawer just above the water heater

I can see the valves through the screen in the bedroom, but no way to reach them without 5' arms. Someone said to unscrew the screen and remove it, but this screen has no screws. I thought maybe...
