I will take some tonight. For the door I simply unscrewed the finished end of the bench and installed hinges and a hasp. The finished end of other bench becomes the front of the drawer.

I removed the dog house and built a plywood frame around the curved shape and added the drawer and top matching the shape I came up with. Hopefully the photos will clear up the description.
