Sounds like you “might” have a blocked vent pipe. If you can, get on the roof and remove the black tank vent cap. Check to see if the cap is plugged and not allowing the tank to vent when flushing....

On the 29M the toilet is not directly over the tank, waste goes thru an elbow, I've only had one clog so far. I don't think any combination of paper or chemicals will make a difference, only plenty...
