You are correct a lot of chargers will not charge Gel batteries correctly. AGM batteries offer the convenience of Gel without the drawbacks.

Thanks for the replies, I think I'm going with the fireblock since that's the only one that Dow says is compatible with electrical wiring. Some of the expanding foam sealants are corrosive to wiring...

In the manufacturing process it is cheaper to develop one wiring harness that will fit many models than to develop one wiring harness that will fit one model. I suspect this is the case.

I had the same problem in my 2015 Axis 24.1. Arby is correct. F70 (a 30A Low Profile FMX) was the culprit.
