Thanks for all the details. Thankfully, we haven't experienced any of the plumbing issues you mentioned, but many of the other items sound familiar. Your slide tip will come in handy, thanks for that! Our Aria has been at the dealer for several months patiently receiving intermittent service attention. The fireplace issue you mentioned was is on our repair list. We'll see how that repair goes. The dealer did acknowledge the lack of a brace behind the front cap and they claim that it is next on their list to fix.
