WE had the same problem in our Windsport, I too found nothing plugged into the antenna port on the back of the radio and no cable in the wall to plug in. Thor sent out the skinny wire replacement. I had already found a much better one on a radio I had removed from our pontoon boat. The boat antenna is about the same length but the wire is heavier. Works well.
