Your best bet is to get to a scale. Once you have your unit weighed you'll know exactly how much you can tow. Subtract the scaled weight from your GCWR weight of 15,250 lbs (from the
Quantum KM24 Page). The difference will be what you can tow (unless the difference is > the 5000 hitch rating, then its your hitch rating).
A good place to weigh is at a
Cat Scale.
Jeep's are popular toads: Easy to tow, easy to maintain. Other options for a toad: A Ford Focus (even lighter at around 3000lbs), a Ford C-Max/Fusion hybrid/Energi--the hybrids & Energi models are flat towable but they are also at 3800lbs).
