You have to push one plastic tab up on one side and down on the other while pulling out the drawer from the slides. In my 2018 Challenger 37YT, that's how my drawers come out. I had trouble releasing the one under my dinette seat and ended up prying it up or down with a small screwdriver. The opposite side released with no problem but the other just wouldn't let go until I forced it a little. Just be careful and don't put a lot of force on it and it should come loose. Like mentioned above, remember one pushes up, one pushes down. It took me a few tries to figure this out but I soon did! If you can't get it, take pics and post, someone will be able to help out.
