Where could I purchase the wheel that would be guaranteed to fit? Tire retailer, Ford, wrecking yard. Are the rims different between the front and rear? No. They look very different but are they just mounted backwards front and rear. Yes, reversed

Maybe I should just buy an extra tire if the rims are different.

Are tire replacements needed for normal driving? YES.

I drove my last RV across the USA without even knowing or caring about a spare. Am I being over cautious? No.
