As are a lot of them, but some with the microwave above the stove (which is my RV configuration) pull the stove "exhaust" through a filter and recirculate it into the same space.
Although my RV has a microwave above the stove there is an external vent behind it. Unlike all my previous RVs where I had to manually unlock and lock the vent closed, this one is automatic.
