Just a little info I learned with our bedroom slide:

Our has a bed lift that does not have limit switch on it. Apparently some of the older ones had this switch which would allow the slide to come once it was all the way in the up position.

Our bed is just up and down, so the system is set to a timer, once you push the in button, a lock icon comes on in place of the arrow , with a message at the bottom saying bed lift in motion. So basically, no matter the bed position, up, down or in between, the system powers the bed lift for enough time to lift it from fully down position to fully up, then the releases the slide motor operation to come in...

Hope this makes sense and helps.

The override button on the G6 panels will bring all slides in no matter the bed position so just beware if you use it.
