Thor side seperation

I was able to remove the drivers side trim and start my sidewall seperation repair. I decided to leave the trim base on and drill through it and use as a washer. I also decided to use 1/4” carriage bolts. The heads are low profile and the square hole let’s me tighten the nyloc nuts as we travel, without having to remove the trim again. Don’t forget that there are three self tappers in the engine bay that should be replaced with bolts also. They should be easy to find, they are in line with the wall. Going to do the passenger side next, even though is not moving yet, ounce of prevention! I have included pictures of the process, including the engine bay bolts. Hope this helps, y’all!
