We have the camp chef 3 burner and Love it. We have and travel with the griddle, Grill box and the pizza oven. We also have a modified 2 burner that goes along for heavy cooking events lol. The system is heavy but so flexible, depending on our meal plans we add or subtract equipment as needed.
We love the pizza oven and use it for so much more then just pizza! I've cooked everything from Lasagna to a birthday cake. And it makes the best nachos around. Nothing compares to nachos cooked at 700 Degrees F it is amazing.
