Need 3 things to run fuel, air and spark.
Pull a spark plug wire and while cranking see if an arc from the plug wire to ground occurs. Don't hold the wire in your hand and you need a small gap, maybe an extra spark plug grounded to the chassis somewhere.
Check the fuel filter and air filter. In fact a new fuel filter might not be a bad idea.
