In addition I can't imagine running a company where you would treat a customer like that...its just unfathomable to me that you'd even consider that is acceptable in any way shape or form. Hard to believe that there wasn't at least one person that looked at your rig and thought "we cannot return this to the customer like this!".
I think I'd also get on the phone with Thor looking for an alternative local shop to perform the warranty work for you.
