Took 65 lbs worth of junk off the back of our Vegas

I wasn't impressed with the stabilizer jacks when I first saw them, and I disliked them even more after using them.

The funniest part is that they don't actually do any "stabilizing". You can move the coach around just as much with them down as with them up because they flex so much. They aren't strong enough to use for leveling and the warning buzzer that's supposed to warn you that they're down makes noise all the time, not just when the ignition is turned on. On top of all that, they drag constantly when pulling into driveways or up inclines because they're so low even when all the way up.

I actually found that adding bigger sway bars, airbags, Bilsteins and sumo springs did more to stop the coach from rocking than the stabilizers ever did. So I took them off. For those that have them and were wondering how much weight you'd knock off by tossing them, it's 65 lbs.
