THOR #11144
Not another leveling question?

I just picked up my first Class A, Thor ACE 27.2. There are many posts here talking about leveling but couldn't find any responses to my issue. My coach sits cockeyed when just on normal pavement with jacks up. I noticed this when gassing up and I notice it at the storage facility and other places. At first I thought it was the pavement but I am convinced it isn't. I haven't hardly put anything in it yet because I just picked it up. I contacted the dealer and they said to contact Thor which I did. They said if "less than 1" it is within tolerance", However "if greater than 1" need to put a lift or longer bolt in". I measured it at 1½" difference but Thor says it has to be at the dealer. Any comments would be appreciated for this newbie.
