Window leak on new Chateau

Hello, this is our very first posting. We purchase 5 months ago our first RV, a class C Chateau. We are clueless but learning along.

RV is stored outside in southern Florida. We had the first big rain shower since ownership yesterday and husband went to checkup on RV this morning and found water on the frame in the 2 windows in the bedroom, where you would slide the glass to open the window. The windows have a rubber frame on the outside. We do no see any tears or damage in the rubber. Thor told me to add silicone sealant. But where ???? Between the rubber and fiberglass ?? Or somehow under the rubber frame ?

Any good videos on how to do this ? Any suggestions on product ?

Also, the large window in the dining area has a bit of water dripping from the frame edge. Again, what to do in this case?

The dealer scheduled us in 3 weeks. And that is after begging for a faster appointment.

Thank you
