Agree. It’s a really big state, so driving in toad to many parks from one location may not be practical.

Moab is a great location I like for a couple of National Parks located closer to northeast, but other parks like Zion is quite a distance away. I don’t rely on a toad, but can easily see wanting to move at least once or twice.

When possible we stay inside national parks like Zion. In Moab (just outside of Arches) there are various RV parks. We’ve stayed at one by the Colorado River a few times — would have to look up the name. It can handle large motorhomes.
