Onan Generator Fault Code 14
A month ago I started the generator to exercise it as I always do monthly...about an hour on 50% load. It died after about 30 minutes. It smelled hot so I opened it up and found debris as if a mouse was attempting to build a nest.
Today I began cleaning out all the debris I could reach and blew out as much as possible with my air compressor. I started my generator and it ran for 5 or 10 minutes and died...displaying a fault code of 14.
I'm open to suggestions. Probably heading to Cummins in the next few days.
