Surprised no one has pointed this out. "Lemon's world" has a dubious reputation. Do a search on the forum here for a lot of discussion. Before you do anything with this dealer, check out some other TX dealers, esp MHSRV.
Please understand that the sales folks just want you to sign on the bottom line (and load you up with a ton of additional expenses). Many of them don't know much of anything about the specific coach you are interested in. Think of them as used car salespeople, only with bigger $$$ on the line.
Several on this forum have replaced the couch on a 24.1 with recliners. That might resolve the shortage.
That sewer cap should be screwed in from the top, not the bottom. It's not uncommon for the setup tech to do that wrong.
Lastly, if you are new to RVing, it is strongly suggested that you rent one or more first. You'll learn a lot about what you like and don't. If you can't find a Vegas to rent, try to rent a Class C with a similar floorplan. This might seem expensive, but it can save you tons of money in the long run.
