Exactly...what more do you need than two more lights on your dash flashing in your already blinded eyes. Flashers do NOTHING for you as a driver as they are all outside the vehicle. Using them is a seriously mistaken assumption that everyone else around you is as blind and incapable to drive in those conditions as you are.
