We just purchased a 35SB (3 weeks ago) and love how the F550 drives and tows. It is a night and day difference from our previous C class.
We haven't been as lucky as you with the quality control on our rig, but we are working through all of it and so far they are easy fixes.
Our biggest issue has been our slide - it doesn't like to go in and out easily. It seems if we are on our leveling jacks it makes it wonky and won't go out all the way or come in all the way. If you raise the jacks up, it works. Not sure this is how it should be, but we have had it at the shop once for it and after re-connecting the motor plug that came loose (while we were at a campground and had our slide stuck out for 3 hours trying to troubleshoot it) there is nothing they can find wrong with it.
Overall though we love it!
