The Axis/Vegas units get the standard frame from Ford (I think its the 156" one) and then its sent to a 3rd party where the frame is lengthened to the 188" (or 196").

Other Class A's use either the Ford F-53 chassis (taller and longer than the E-Series) or a Diesel chassis (typically Freightliner). In fact, Axis/Vegas units are the only E350/E450 based class A's (I like to call them a Class C in A's clothing).
