You have three options: replace the entire pump, replace the valve head on the current pump or install a check valve in the water line just after the pump. New pumps run $75 to $200 depending on the brand and max flow/pressure. Pump heads are $12 to $35 but take some what longer to install. Pump installation will take 30 minutes to two hours depending on where the pump is located. Labor will cost $75 to $150 an hour. A mobile tech will usually be the cheapest and fastest. Lastly you can install a check valve near the pump outlet. This can be easy or hard depending... On my coach, the check valve was $9.50. The parts need to install the check valve $19 (I have my own PEX tools). Time was 2.5 hours. Your results will vary.
