Sometimes trading the unit in is the only option.
In March 2015 wife and I bought a new Thor Hurricane 34E gas MH for
$100K plus all the tax's & other fees.
In May 2018 we sold the MH with 14K on the speedo for $70K, guys
bank would only loan $61K on the unit. RV's particularly MH loose
value FAST.
We are moving back to a towed unit (5th wheel).
I saw an ad for a 2000 diesel pusher asking $100K (was probably a
$200K + unit new). Wish that guy the best of luck in selling his unit.
