I have a friend in MI looking at Challengers right now. Do you live in TN or SD? Did you pay State Sales Tax in either state? If not, initial sales tax would be due in the state where new buyer lives, even if they are buying it used from you. If you don't mind telling...what did you actually pay for it as that will determine sales tax. Is there a lien? Thanks!
