Rear wheel oil seal
Had my new ACE 30.2 (2000 miles) in for alignment and the tech discovered that a rear wheel seal was leaking badly. Took it on in to a local Ford heavy truck shop for warranty repair.
Everyone might check their unit for a similar problem - easy to miss since it slings on the rim rather than leaks on the ground.
I've owned 3 F53's over the years and never had any problems. A little disappointing.
