IMHO blasting social media won't do you any good--it may make you feel better but it won't get you any more attention from Thor than a simple phone call. Sometimes someone from Thor reads here and calls people but it is sporadic and no guarantees that it will happen.
To find time for factory service you'd first have to setup an appointment with them. If it were my coach I think I would go that way: call Thor and see if you can get it in there. The factory service techs are really good and will take care of you.
