We had a very similar problem a few weeks ago on our 3000 mile maiden voyage (which I don't recommend). The design has a piece of aluminum tube with hose ties on each end holding the connection together. Same as you, the elbow moved over time, making the hose kink on the cabinet face frame as well as a poorly located electrical junction box. I screwed down a wooden block next to the elbow to hopefully prevent further swiveling. So far so good.
