Is there a receptacle in the shower/ commode area? If so is it a GFCI? And if so, could it be feeding the receptacle under the dinette? That would make it a GFCI controlled. Is your receptacle tester designed for GFCI testing?
I like your choice of inverter. Good value for a pure sine wave inverter. I think I might have watched the YouTube video you used. The one I saw only hooked the NON GFCI receptacle breaker to the inverter.
