Nope, they don't weigh that much and the wheels don't turn fast enough for that to be an issue. (I also have TPMS sensors on the end of the valve stems.)
A little calculation: 225-75R16 tire's
diameter is 29.5", circumference is 92.6" which means the wheel is rotating at 5280*12/92.6 times per mile (684). At 70 mph we're talking 1.16 miles per minute or 798 rpm for the wheel. Not that fast. (LOL or 684 rpm for 60 mph..)
