Does your coach have separate thermostats for each air conditioner......unlikely since it is also used for calls for heat when required (but perhaps you have two furnaces too? ) You never know and I am not familiar with your coach specifically. I assume only one thermostat and since it operates one air conditioner properly it is not likely that is your problem but you never know. Has anyone been in the wiring around the thermostat or air conditioners lately?

This may seem dumb but are you sure the thermostat has reached the desired temp and shut off both the air conditioners? Can you shut off the cooling on the thermostat manually (off or flip to heat and raise the temp)? I was just wondering if perhaps the air conditioner that stopped is actually the problem. Just trying to make sure we can define the problem a bit more first.
