You need to let the voltage settle out on both batteries before actuating the jacks. If you are not on shore power, start the generator and engine and wait about three minutes. Then reset the leveler control by turning it on; then pressing the enter and retract at the same time. Hold them both down for a couple seconds. That should reset the system and allow the jacks to retract normally by pressing retract. Your parking brake (emergency brake) must be engaged during this entire time.
