Loft pin extension

Initially we moved the mattress to the back each day but that is a hassle if you move a lot. I had the same problem with the pin lock not fitting so I made a pin extension. Now I raise the loft as far as it will go (with the mattress in place) till the motors stall and synch. I insert the pins (see attached drawing) and lower the loft just a tiny fraction on an inch to secure the pins in place so they do not vibrate free. This has worked fine for 2 years.
