Fully agree with your statement. I always wonder if someone out there bought a $100k "non-rv or touring sedan, etc." would they opt for the cheapest oil change even though we are talking about a minimal difference in cost when looking at the bigger picture. Walmart sells five quart jugs of Mobil 1 for around $27 and a good K&N filter on Amazon costs around $9. Worth the extra money even if you give the oil and filter to your non-Jiffy Lube mechanic for the oil change.
