My thoughts mirror yours. On my last coach the only time it went to the dealer was for recalls. On my new coach I have fixed 5 or 6 things myself but have had no luck in getting Thor to send me parts. Thor has directed me to take my coach to CW, which I refuse. Thank god for Amazon and eBay.
