AND...some Cummins engines warn against filling the filter with fuel (common practice) prior to re-installing. Also, there is a specific process to pressurize the fuel system before you try to start it. Lastly...there's a lot of chatter about an "o-ring" that's commonly left off if you're not familiar with where it is. Your engine make model would help with any advice. Lots of videos on YouTube that can help you as well...as long as you know what engine you have.
