Yes they are all on Ford E-Series (E-350 or E-450 depending on year and floorplan) chassis.

Technically isn't that 360 degrees? Wouldn't get to far if it wasn't?? LOL

As far as max steering angle..don't know; I don't even think they mention that in their specs.

You could probably figure it out given the turning radius and wheelbase.

So what steering angle gives you a 24.3' turning radius when the wheelbase is 138"?

Using the formula found here I would calculate the angle as: 28 degrees (Sin-1(wb/tcr)).
