I suggest checking
a few places.... where I had my problems... although I didn't see water where you are saying...
Based on your description I wonder if it's the seal between the ford cab and the bottom of the bunk
I had leaks in a couple places... (similar vintage C)
at the top end of the pre-bent corner trim molding... the one with the vinyl insert... it was right up at the last couple screws. Just were the intersection happens between the nose cone, the roof membrane, the top of that insert corner molding and the front end of the awning "gutter" molding.
A couple screws in that vinyl insert just weren't sealed at all. You'd probably see some rusty screws if it was leaking & you pull that insert out for a look..
then
Extending from that area forward and down the curve, the width dimension of the nose cone was just a bit too short, so it only just barely was covered by that corner insert molding... basically no sealing surface at all at the top.

about the clearnace lights... I had moisture in mine...it's a bad design...but zero evidence of any leaking in my case into teh coach
