Passenger side Leak Source?

Okay Axis/Vegas owners and possibly others. There have been many discussions regarding the wallpaper under especially the passenger window showing signs of water intrusion. Our passenger side only shows some signs of this as well. This weekend we had the awning out and coach AC going. We probably had a half gallon of water dripping from the roof AC in just a few hours which was running down the front awning track because I put a plastic pan under the drips. I just happened to notice that the lower part of the track which has a cover pushed onto it was overflowing with water. Looking from the botton you could see that it was plugged with the foam type hole filler. I stuck a long zip tie up from the bottom and the dirty water drained out. Figured out that you can pry the aluminum cover off of the bottom portion to reveal two mounting bolts and below them is a fairly large hole with the four awing wires going into it. The lower bolt is completely rusted. Now I know that the foam hole filler is not meant to be water proof and since the coach bows slightly to the front, do you think this hole and gravity could be the source of moisture under the window? I will post some pictures I took. I plan on using a waterproof silicone to seal the hole with the four wires coming out. So obviously, when they filled the hole with foam, it expanded to completely fill the bottom of the track when the cover was added. Add dirt to the moisture and the bottom began to hold water which included the bottom bolt. Still needs some attention but a possible source for that pesky window situation.
