Are you plugged in? Use/store in store? (If you're plugged in but the use/store switch is in store the cabin will work but you won't be charging the house battery and the emergency start switch likely won't work because the converter doesn't provide enough current to start the V-10.)
Of course, however, since you can start your generator I would suspect your use/store switch is in use because I don't think you could start the genny with the converter.
If the generator runs and/or you can plug in measure the voltage at the chassis battery + terminal--is it 14V ? (e.g. converter is charging?)
