I assume the ACE 30.2 has a GCVWR (Gross Combined Vehicle Weight Rating) of 23,000 lbs and a GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of 18,000 lbs, which would mean you are limited to 5,000 lbs towed weight if the MH is at max weight. I think all recent (post 2015) ACE HMs are equipped with an 8,000 lbs capacity hitch.

We have an ACE 29.2 with a GCVWR of 23,000 lbs and a GVWR of 16,000 lbs and tow a Jeep Grand Cherokee weighing ~ 5,000 lbs (depending on how much fuel, etc. I have in it). We've experienced no problems with this set up. One thing to make sure of is to keep the tow bar no more than +/- 3 inches from level when connected to the MH.
