roughly, yes...but, it's likely that you'll be under weight and have 'more' capacity for cargo/fuel/water/people/stuff since the GVWR 'MAX' is the stated 12,500, not necessarily what the coach weighs 'dry'... which probably much less.

The stated GVWR is the maximum that the chassis is built to handle, weight wise, within/on the RV itself...but the 'dry' weight from the factory will not include the fuel/water/people, etc... so you'll usually find that those additional weights will fall under the GVWR, leaving a full 6,000lb for towing, or more... BUT...

the Hitch Rating is what then gives you the Max towing weight, which is probably a 5,000lb hitch, and therefore up to a 5,000 lb full loaded vehicle/towbar,etc.

all, in all, YES, you should be just fine.
