In case anyone is interested, we found the water pump problem. As you may recall, the water pressure from the faucets/shower would come out strong at first, but then would taper down to about 25% flow. I called shur flow. They suggested I adjust the bypass screw. That didn't help. I took it back to the dealer (Setzers) and within a few hours they fixed it. The said a clump of sawdust more than an inch long was in the line. They removed it. They were as puzzled as I was. Anyway, it he pump works great now. They have been very good in addressing our issues.
